This is a restoration of an ground found antique hand drill. From what I can tell from the leather on the top, it must be sitting in the dirt for a very long time. It is impossible to guess its exact production date, but I guess It must be around 1950s .Newer models have two gears .(They work smoother) I plan to use it in my workshop so I tried to keep the original parts. Thanks for watching. :...

Antique Whale Scissors Restoration :: 200 years old ?

While doing this restoration, I took care to preserve the originality of the scissors. The seller said the scissors were made in the 1900s but when I was restoring it, I realized it was much older. When I saw how old it was, I decided to keep the scissors for myself and use them at my workshop. I used ordinary tools to do the restoration. Also I used simple techniques and machinery. When I cleaned...

1920 Antique Sandwich Toast Machine Restoration
it's been decades since I had a freshly made waffle, the frozen ones aren't the same.
I enjoyed it! Thank you very much. Restoration makes old tools that were unusable look brand new. It’s a fantastic technique. I was impressed. However, I have one question: Isn’t the way antiques get dirty somewhat unnatural? If the surface has severe red rust, I don’t think screws would remain. It seems like a deliberate effect to make them look old.
I loved this right up until the end, where my Norwegian heart wanted to show you a proper recipe for vafler (waffles) and what to put on them. <3
These waffle makers are from the 1980s, that's max. 44 years ago. The one wooden foot was a bad repair. And you sandblasting the teflon surface is is really, really bad for you.
Not a "wooden" anything, do better!
Amazing 🎉❤❤
Keren good job bro 👍👍👍👍👍
Really nice! Relaxing to watch ah. Thanks for the video!
Glad it's not my Mum using it with those dodgy crimp joins, why use that method when there's a soldering iron available? Even if you soldered the crimps it would be better.
Solder will melt with heat. Thanks for watching.❤️❤️
It looked like a dragon’s toenail before. Nice job!
It's amazing the integrity of the original piece was all intact. Almost as though the crustaceous metal forming around it was building a shell of protection.. you have amazing patience and you did a beautiful job!!
Hello, what camera are you recording with?
In the late 1800 in Philippines we call this frensa de corona
Where did you get it from?
Wow, this waffl maker is good after renovation 👍👍
I'm glad you liked it. Thank you very much.👍👍
Idk how I found these videos, but I think they are great. I just have 2 questions: where do you find these items, and what made you want to start doing restorations?
I have always loved repairing things since I was little. When my mother threw things away, I would take them back and try to renew them in the workshop. Over time, I improved myself and bought many tools. People whose grandmothers or grandfathers have died find these products in the warehouse and either throw them away because they are unusable or sell them on the roadside at very cheap prices, so I buy them. I'm so glad to see you here.❤️
Just because you have the tools it doesn't mean that you should.
I do it because I want to, not because I have to.
Show 🎉🎉🎉
❤️
Amazing job with much good attention to detail! The product you used at 8:52. Is that just a silver metallic paint or? Thanks for the great content!
Yes, it is. it is called aliminium paint.❤️❤️
Wow! Good as new, what a genius! I found this very calming.
Glad you like it! ❤️❤️❤️
U DID AN AWESOME 👍 WELL DONE 👍😊
Thank you very much.😊
Ola. Como voce restaurou aquela alça quebrada, eu nao vi no video e fiquei curioso 👍🙏
Juntei a peça quebrada com uma pequena solda.❤️
Wow! Cool and amazing! And the waffle looked really good. :) Liked and subbed. Keep up the good work!
I wish you were here, I would gladly offer it to you. Welcome to my channel. I am very happy to see you.😊😊
Did antique people have electric then ?
In 1752, Benjamin Franklin discovered electricity as a result of his experiment.😊😊
❤❤
That was awesome. Was the burning of the handle just for visual effects, or is there a deeper purpose? I also really appreciate that you show the measurements and the temperature. Thats cool! ❤
The process of burning the stem looks very visually pleasing, but this process is more useful than paint because it hardens it more. I'm very glad you liked the video. Thank you very much.❤
Magnificent restoration well done I enjoy your channel. Amanda from Scotland in the Uk

The Art of German Engineering.
It is very high quality, I think it will still be used even when we are not here.❤❤❤❤
Ok I'm wierd but really think it looked cool in its rusted state. Fantastic restoration ❤
I'm so glad you liked it. Sometimes the original state of things surprises me a lot. Not knowing what will come out of it adds more excitement to the repair process.❤❤❤

Estou tão feliz que você gostou. Muito obrigado.❤❤
You must really love your girlfriend.

I was so frustrated watching you try to get those screws out. So happy you were eventually successful. Great work!

Un trabajo de chinos y puro arte, enhorabuena
Muchas gracias.❤❤❤
Because I have misophonia, little sounds (like chewing, tapping, water dripping, lip smacking, and such) drive me up a wall! However, listening to these restoration videos is soothing and comforting. It's also educational and suchas. so, thanks!
I'm so glad you liked it. What a nice comment. It's nice to see you here. Thank you very much.❤❤
